The kids and I went with Elena and her children to the Huntington. We filled every backseat in her van with a carseat. The Children’s garden was the highlight of our trip and Autumn got soaked. She has come to love fountains and getting wet. So much so that one day we gave her 3 baths just because she wanted them. Another day last week while we were at the mall Autumn was enjoying sticking her hand in a fountain while Brian and I shopped. Soon she came up to me and said, “shirt off.” I thought it was a little strange but I was distracted and so I took off her shirt and let her run around topless. A few seconds later she came back to me and said, “pants off.” Autumn has never asked me to take off her clothes in public before so I decided to pay more attention to what she was doing. When I asked her why she wanted her clothes off she pointed to the fountain and said, “bath!”
