In honor of lent I’ll post a soup recipe we made last night. It is from Fix it and Forget it, however I modified it slightly.
Ingredients:
6 cups water
28 oz can tomatoes diced, undrained
1 beef bouillon cube
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. minced dried parsley
1.5 tsp. salt
1.5 tsp. thyme

For some reason whenever I feed the kids dinner Hunter ends up being a huge mess. In the pictures below you can see his whole body is coated with a thin layer of greasy cheese, there’s noodles in his hair, and a huge pile of mac and cheese in his lap.
